A fun, supportive run club in Portland for people that love trail running, coffee, and yoga.


This "club" is for everyone

Flex & Flow Runners are an inclusive, supportive group of humans who love to run hard and laugh even harder! Some of our members are serious athletes training for 10Ks, marathons, or ultras, casual runners who enjoy a nice, steady pace, and those who are in it solely for the social time (and post run beverages!).


We are bound by our love for running among friends - whether we're working hard on the track, putting in miles on the road, or exploring trails in our beautiful parks and forests in and surrounding Portland.


We welcome all levels of runners to join us for our weekly group runs, track workouts, workshops, and strength training and mobility classes.

Free Community Runs

Meet us bright and early at the NW Thurman Entrance to Forest Park. Parking at the park gate is limited, but there's ample street parking on NW Thurman leading up to the gate and bike racks available just inside the park.




Our free, weekly community runs are Wednesdays at 6am and Saturdays at 7am, but there are often Flex & Flow Runners on the trails every day of the week. Our typical routes are 3 miles, 5 miles, or 7 miles - whatever feels comfortable for you to do in an hour.




When we say this community is for everyone, we mean it! Whether you're an avid ultrarunner, an on-again-off-again jogger, or a regular hiker, you'll find your people here. Join our online group to meet the crew and stay updated about upcoming runs and events.



Post-run coffee or yoga? 

After our run, join the crew for our group selfie and then meet us at Groundwork Coffee Co. to enjoy a post-run coffee or tea. 

On Saturdays, our 9:30am power vinyasa class right after is the perfect way to stretch out and ease into the weekend. If you're a new member, you can get your first two weeks of unlimited classes for just $35.
