Little Yogis (Ages 4-6)

Drop-off yoga classes for 4-6 year olds to learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, and songs & games.

Class Description

A chance for your Little Yogi (ages 4-6) to explore movement, breath, develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination, and promote creativity in a safe and welcoming environment. Kids will learn yoga poses, safe movements, fun breathing exercises, songs and games. WHY LITTLE YOGIS? + It’s FUN! + Gets your kiddos moving (and tired!) + Teaches kids body and spatial awareness. + Helps kids learn to socialize and interact with one another + Teaches self-awareness and self-regulation + Teaches listening skills + Encourages healthy, positive movement What you need to know (for ages 4-6): + Parents may drop off kids (or sit in the studio) for our Little Yogis classes for ages 4-6 + Walk-ups or in-person payments are welcome but we recommend that you register and pay for class ahead of time as these classes regularly fill up. + Please drop off your Little Yogi no more than 5 minutes before class begins and plan to pick them up promptly when class ends. Parents are welcome to remain in the studio but we ask that parents do not participate in these classes to save more room for our little yogis to move! + Please do not bring your Little Yogi to class if either of you are experiencing any cold/flu symptoms including fever, chills, and shortness of breath. *Makeup classes are available when classes do not occur due to federal holidays. **Little Yogis classes can only be booked as drop-ins or with our monthly Little Yogis membership plan. Little Yogis classes cannot be booked with class packs, Intro Packs, Unlimited Monthly Memberships, or Pay It Forward memberships.
