About this Continuing Education course

The Flex & Flow 10-hr Yoga Anatomy Course is designed to give certified yoga instructors a strong basis in physical anatomy as it relates to asana practice and an opportunity to earn Continuing Education hours through Yoga Alliance.

​

The program is entirely self paced, giving you the freedom to work through the 10 hours on your own time over a span of 6 months (or complete it in a few days!)

  • Comprehensive overview of human anatomy

  • Four 60-minute yoga classes examples using anatomical sequencing

About Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (CE)

​

​

All Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) must complete 30-hours of continuing education within 3 years of registration in order to keep their certification up to date. 

​

20 of those hours can be non-contact (or online) hours, and the 10 hours that you complete in this yoga anatomy training will apply towards those Yoga Alliance CE non-contact requirements.

She is known for her challenging and creative sequencing, and ability to draw even the most skeptical yogis into yoga. Her style is dynamic and powerful sequences that mix in creative movements with asanas, while cultivating shared awareness.
