Class Description

In this one-on-one course, we'll explore creative sequencing, transitions, connecting breath to movement in a commanding and powerful way, and storytelling. You'll walk away with confidence to design creative classes that are inspiring and accessible to your students. We'll meet for two 2.5 hour sessions (either virtually or in person) for a total of 5 hours.
