LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
Our flagship studio is located in North Portland in the Overlook neighborhood at 1461 N. Skidmore, Portland, OR 97217, in the Prescott Building.
Public transportation: We are conveniently right off the MAX Prescott stop on the Yellow Line.
Biking: bike racks are available in front of the studio. Just bring your lock!
Parking: There is ample free street parking along Skidmore and Interstate and in the surrounding neighborhoods. Allow yourself a little extra time to find parking (especially in the evenings!).

TEACHER SPOTLIGHT
NIC RANDALL
Nicci teaches Power Vinyasa, HIIT & Flow and CHILL at Flex & Flow. Her goal is to teach and guide students in a practice that connects breath and movement in a direct and fluid manner, in order to create strength, balance, and ease in the body and the mind. She has a love for working the core as well as different muscles of the body to prepare for the more challenging poses of arm balances and inversions. Nicci’s classes are built around a theme or pose and can be accommodated to all levels. Come one and come all for a sweaty, fun flow, that will leave you feeling good!
