Meet our Kids Yoga Instructors
Angela has a passion for play and creativity that she brings to everything she does, especially her imaginative youth classes. She loves sharing yoga with kids (and their grown-ups) as a way to connect, laugh, and explore fun ways to move and breathe.
Angela is a 500-hour RYT, a 95-hour trauma-informed RCYT and has a background in museum education. She is a mama to twins who are experts at reminding her to take a deep breath (and in frog hops!)
As a wiggly child who turned to movement (dance, gymnastics, and diving) to a wiggly adult who loves yoga, She's just as well known for breaking out in song and dance, as she is for her big energy yoga classes - which is probably why kids just love her! Jamie loves helping kids explore movement, dance, tumbling, and yoga.
Jamie is a co-founder of Flex & Flow, 500-Hour E-RYT, 95-hour trauma-informed RCYT, and 85-hour RPYT. She is also a mom to a handstand loving 4 year old, named Colby and his fur sister, Abbie.
Christy's classes are inclusive and accessible, encouraging you to both explore new poses and tune inward to find grounding. Do what feels right in your body is her mantra. As an experienced educator, Christy loves to continue her education on and off the mat, inviting you to approach your yoga as an opportunity to learn in every class.
Lizzy has a background of working with kids, and paired with her love of movement, the classes she assists are always fun. They leave everyone warmed up, rosy cheeked and ready for the upcoming week!
