Join us for weekly trail runs departing from the NW Thurman entrance to Forest Park on Wednesdays at 6am and Saturdays at 7am, or post in the group to find a new run buddy or coordinate group runs outside of those times.

When and where do group runs meet?
There are 3 weekly group runs:
Tuesdays 6:30pm: quality run workout. Meet in front of Flex & Flow (1461 N Skidmore St)
Wednesdays 6am: group run. Meet at the NW Thurman Entrance to Forest Park
Saturdays 7am: group run. Meet at the NW Thurman Entrance to Forest Park.
How long are group runs? And what pace?
All runs are adjustable to your desired length and pace, and you'll likely find a buddy with a compatible pace. Expect Tuesday quality workouts to range from 2-7 miles. Wednesday and Saturday runs typically last about one hour and range from 3-7 miles.
