Are you interested in stepping into the role of a teacher?
Our 200-hour teacher training course will offer you all of this, and more.
The Flex & Flow 200-hour yoga teacher training fully prepares you to begin teaching yoga with confidence and competence. During this training, you will learn the fundamentals of intelligent sequencing and instruction, and develop a strong understanding of yoga alignment, meditation, anatomy, and yogic philosophy.
Your practical experience in this training will help you to refine and advance your personal practice while conveying the essential insights for effectively and meaningfully teaching others.

Practice Requirements (all classes can be taken via livestream, on-demand or in-person):
- M + W evenings at 5:30 pm
Weeks 2-8:
We will be meeting at Flex & Flow in-person (livestream options also available for non-locals) on Monday nights from 5:30-8:30 pm, Wednesday nights from 5:30-6:30 pm and every other Friday from 6:45-8:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9:30-1:30 pm.

Friday:

Attendance for all hours of the training is extremely important. Please make sure to clear your schedule from work, vacations, appointments, etc. for all the dates and hours listed above if you intend to enroll.
Tuition
- $2,550 if paid in full by February 28, 2023
- $2,750 if paid in full by March 15, 2023
- $2,950 is paid after March 15, 2023
- $350 non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot
*Teachers that already have their 200hr ytt and want to deepen their education…we welcome you with open arms. Tuition for pre-certified teachers: $1500 (must show proof of valid 200-hour certification)
