Packing List for The Getaway Trail Running & Yoga Retreat

The Getaway is an adventure retreat weekend on the beautiful Southern California coast. For three sunny January days, we'll trail run or hike, do yoga, camp, and play in the great outdoors. 

The Getaway happens January 27-30, and is open to all paces, abilities, and camping experience levels.

Here's what you'll need to pack:

  • Proof of vaccination: either your card, or a photo
  • Camping gear: tent, sleeping bag, and sleeping pad (unless you reserved the glamping package).
  • Clothes for running, hiking, yoga, and campsite lounging
  • Warm clothes for cool nights
  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Sun hat
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen and bug spray
  • Head lamp or flashlight
  • Personal hygiene products (there are showers and flush toilets!)
  • Towel for showering
  • Portable chargers for your tech must-haves (there are NO outlets at camp!)
  • Basic first aid kit
  • Snacks! We'll provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and s'mores, but there's something about camping that makes your favorite snacks taste even better.

Optional, nice to have items:

  • Alcohol of your choice. Shared cooler space is first come, first served. If you bring enough to share, you may get some cash tips. 😉 
  • Cash for tipping your friends who share their adult beverages (no cell service at camp = no Venmo!)
  • Shade structure (there's not a lot of shade at this campsite!)
  • Camp chairs (there are picnic tables)
  • Decorations for your campsite
  • Games to play with your fellow getaway-ers
  • Thermos or other reusable coffee vessel
