10-Day Beginner Yoga Course

Welcome! We're so glad you're here. 

Our recommendation for this course is to take one class a day for ten days in the order that they appear. The classes are short and sweet (only 20 minutes!) and are designed to give you a strong foundation in vinyasa yoga so that you can join us for longer classes on demand or in our Portland, OR yoga studio!
